So when i fall asleep or sometimes when I’m waking up, I get this weird slow pulsating feeling in my chest. It freaks me out it’s like it it pulls then releases pulls then releases!!!! Anyone else had this! I have severe anxiety and in a hypersensitive state atm. Had all kinds of tests said I’m fine.

I don't think I've had ones where it is a slow, pulsating feeling. However, I have had times where I would wake up and my heart would be racing quite a bit and sometimes I'm not sure if that is anxiety or adrenaline rush.
Do you happen to have this feeling where your heart normally is, or is it like in the middle of your chest?
I'm not sure by your description if you're talking about a heartbeat, or it sounds like it could possibly be a muscle spasm, or something? If your tests are fine, it will either stop, or it may be something u just have to learn to live with. I have several issues like that where i have weird issues, but they don't do anything besides cause anxiety, so I've learned to just kinda ignore them. I had major issues with cardiophobia, so i had to sleep with a bed shaker or a fan on my bed (a desk rotating fan that causes vibration) so i couldn't feel my heartbeat, & actually get some sleep. Maybe a home remedy like that can help, if the doctors say you're not in danger?
