You can say that February was not my month. I strained my emotions and energy too much and there has been a lot of changes out of my control, and they are not positive changes...

I am constantly sleepy. I give the modicum of daily energy I have to my job and then I am completely drained.

I can't accept the change because it is bad but at the same time I can't do anything to alter those changes because they are made by others within their own rights. I don't think I am ready to say what the changes are yet.

I also found out, and this completely new to me, that the amount of stress I've exposed myself affected the strength of my immunity. I never knew that stress can affect your immune system.

I am sorry for the all the negativity, it's been a weird phase of my life.

I’m sorry. Change can be so hard, especially when it’s out of your control. Hang in there, there are people who care right here

alat, you are in a difficult phase of life right now, but know in time things will change

once again. Change is always more difficult for the anxious person. Sometimes we

rather stay in misery than take that step into the unknown. Whatever happens that

may be out of our hands needs to be accepted for the time being.

It is true that continued stress can and does affect our immune system.

A part of my meditation each day includes affirmations regarding my immunity.

"I am Well, I am Strong" as you say these positive words of affirmation, you visualize

yourself in a healthy state of mind and body. Listening to this kind of meditation before

falling asleep can help make your mind strong as well as your immune system.

Breathe through the things that are out of your control. Breathing deeply in and

exhaling out can reduce your stress levels.. This phase of your life will pass. Believe

in that :) xx

Thank you :) You know, the most stressful part is that they are A LOT of small changes that are not making a big change collectively, if that makes sense? And most of them are negative and out of control

It makes perfect sense alat...When surrounded by negativity, even small changes don't

make us any more in control. Being out of control with a situation is what causes our

stress response to climb. When stress rises, our immunity system goes down. Our

over sensitized nervous system stays stuck in a never ending cycle of "fight or flight".

The body wears down as well as the mind. There are times in life that we may find

ourselves in this state of no control;.

This is why it is important to use Meditation daily in order to regenerate our

mind and body. It is important to keep our sanity in some cases.

Life doesn't always go the way we want it to. But...we can be in control of our

acceptance of the situation until things possibly change. My best :) xx
