i am slowly starting to get better. I’m back right eating normally. Being at work helps so much. I’m able to go and do things with friends. However I find that the mornings are when I have the most anxiety. Right when I wake up. I’ve always been this way, but right now I’m struggling to get past this. Im not sure if anyone else has similar experiences.

Mornings can be notoriously difficult having to face another day of anxiousness. Youre doing better and thats what matters, keep going forward. Try to be ok with however you feel and not just getting past it, acceptance is key
