My depression and anxiety are bad.

It has been really bad since last year and getting worse that it is affecting my marriage and health. I have made mistakes because my depression made me vulnerable and now I lost

Alot of money because of it

Yes I have. Not helping. I sit in my room and lay there and I get in my head. I try to not go in my room but it's hard not too

Your profile says you are 50, I am too. There are a lot of people on here that are around 50 years old. Fifty seems to be a time where we start thinking that our lives are not turning out the way we thought they would. You are not alone.
