12 yo Daughter newly diagnosed with GAD

Hi all - our 12 yo daughter was just diagnosed with GAD (on the high end of the scale). She has been struggling for years, but it began presenting itself in other ways over the past year - headaches, stomach aches, constant worry, forgetfulness, a ball of energy/nerves, nail biting, leg shaking, low self esteem....but so kind hearted, empathetic, smart, creative and engaging. Though I've suffered with anxiety for the majority of my life, I'm able to work through most situation with my medication (Lexapro 30 mg daily) and learned habits from therapy. I'm here to learn how to help her! Are there any platforms that she could join to talk to peers who are also experiencing similar things? Or is this strictly 18+?
