Who takes valium?

For those who take valium, what dose do you take and how often?

Hi, I am 78 and live in UK. Luckily my GP gives me 28x5 mg Valium twice a year. I only take when really needed and no longer than 7 days at a time. I am not addicted to them and find them extremely helpful when feeling very anxious.

Me too, I only take when I really need to , and it helps to know that I have some , just in case , I only get one prescription a year as Drs don’t like giving them now, but as I said it’s good to know they are there as they are so helpful for my anxiety.
