The body.
Interesting but would disagree with some of it - for example, arthritis is, as I understood, where joints no longer move supplely and fluidly against each other; they have been worn down and « grate » against each other as it were. This is a very physical ailment - nothing to do with « Feeling unloved, Criticism, Resentment »!!
You can kind of go further medically with a lot of this. My vision zoned in on a bone break....Rebelling against authority... What about falling down the stairs? Osteopenia or osteoporosis.
❤️🐬
and there's also those who require things like knee replacements that are purely medical.
I do know of people that have had physical pain that could not be ruled in as anything medical. They began to treat their old traumas and successfully relieved their body of pain.
It's quite interesting stuff

I have a friend who was in physical pain for a while and nobody could figure out why (despite many medical tests). She finally got to the root cause, and that was having been in perpetual "fight-or-flight" mood for all of her childhood.
I agree. Having had panic attacks for so many yrs, the effects of that continuous fight or flight mode on my body has led doctors to question certain medical diagnosis on me due to constant changes in cortisol, adrenaline, etc. It’s something my PC doc always considers when I go for a visit for any ailment. It’s kind of frustrating but at least it’s something doctors are learning to consider more.
Boy do I hear that. I have the very physical condition of RLS. It got REALLY annoying that my neurologist of all people would include stress in his talks with me. But yes, I am also glad that doctors are paying more attention to that.
This is very interesting.
Although I must say, I’ve read it over and over and now feel a bit like a hypochondriac, emotionally and physically. I was up late last night reading about quantum physics because of your post yesterday. Haven’t been this mentally drained since university days, so I’m probably overthinking the pain chart at the moment😀
Which bone is the overthinking bone? Lol
🐬
Exactly! I can’t find it but wherever it is, it’s hurting today. Between the pain chart, the brain chart, and quantum physics, I’m so done “learning” today 🤪😀
The funny bone is my favourite !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LMAO
