hi, I don’t know how I can help, but I will try my best. Talking is a great calming tool and I’m here if you need someone to talk to. There are so many kind and supportive people on this site and they have helped me tremendously. So your not alone, just reach out and someone will be there with some of the answers I’m sure. Take care
