Feel anxious wondering if something bad is going to happen to me. Or. My loved ones. I doubt it. But feeding my mind with too many negative things it's like idk but yes it's scary it's a scary world and. I know I shouldn't avoid stuff just coz it scares me but then again I become paranoid anxiety can be healthy
