Hi everyone, it's been a bit since I've been on here. I just wanted to say that life gets really difficult sometimes, especially when we're not where we want to be in life. I have literally cried my eyes out and stressed chuncks of my hair out when thinking about the future, or the lack of what I've accomplished thus far.

But when I get in these low moments, I come here and see how brave people are with sharing the things they are battling with in life. It helps me be a little more brave in taking step-by-step to the life I want.

My depression and anxiety may never go away, but I won't allow it to hold me back now that I have a goal. It is that goal that keeps me going, and this platform that gives me the courage to do it.

So, in honor of the title of this post, thanks for sharing

Dearest Dot, never allow that bully called Anxiety stop you from achieving

your goals in life. When we get stuck and afraid to go forward is when anxiety

takes full control of our lives. One step at a time to attain what you want and
