Ppl who recovered from Social anxiety

Hi all I would like to know if anyone has recovered from severe social anxiety and would be able to speak with me on the phone and share their recovery with me. I struggle with severe social anxiety and would like to hear from someone who recovered to give me hope that I can too recover and learn tips that help in recovering from social anxiety. I would really appreciate it.

hi being here and chatting on the forum is a far better and safer way to get support and no need for numbers social anxiety you need to gradually build yourself up to feel comfortable in smaller groups can work better.
