Best to you ❤️
Hey Kelci! I can relate to your post. I was a heavy drinker and quit in 2019. It was hard and there were days that I just wanted to curl up on the couch and scream, but I eventually got through it. Remember that it's one day at a time... sometimes it feels like one second at a time. My best advice, based on my own experience, is to not try to quit and do everything at once. For example, I didn't quit smoking at the same time that I quit drinking, I waited a few months-- I wanted to do what I could to create stability more than anything. Good luck
Hi Kelci and Welcome
Nothing like the gym and the pool in getting those Endorphin levels
back on track. Sometimes the best thing for us is a little hard to start
but pays off in big benefits. One step at a time xx
