Lost my dog yesterday and now feel like I can’t breathe. Can’t sleep, can’t eat. In pain. Hard to see beauty and be grateful right now.

My dog died and now having grief panic attack
so sorry for your loss. Grief is one of those things we all handle different you take as long as you need especially because for most dogs are an important part of the family.
I'm so sorry, losing a beloved animal can be an exquisite, immense kind of pain. You don't have to be perfect all the time and it's so important to take the time to grieve the loss of loved ones. Give yourself that time you need and some kindness to work through this loss, however long it ends up taking.
I know the pain of losing a pet they become part of your family and you feel responsible for them .
When I lose a pet I try to remember the good life I gave my pet and believe there is a reason why the dog was in I’m my life
Skiigyrl, I am so truly sorry about the loss of your furry friend.
They give us so much unconditional love. May you grieve in your
own time. xx
I'm so sorry for your loss. I know this pain and it's the worst I have ever had.
As others have said take your time and grieve. Don't let anyone tell you to let go and move on. That happened to me and it only made things more difficult
🐬

He’s adorable they really sense your feelings more than people sometimes.
Hes adorable. Sorry for your loss and yes they really can sense your emotions better than humans sometimes.
It's the part of life that totally sucks and hurts like hell and made me feel absolutely gutted for days and my heart goes out to you. The best thing you can do for yourself is to be grateful that you had them and loved as deeply as you did and allow yourself to grieve the loss and take as much time as you need. There is nothing better than the unconditional love of a fur kid and It's not fair that our fur kids don't get to be with us as long as we would like but we unfortunately have no control over it. My last fur girl left me 4 years ago and I still grieve for her.
I’m so sorry for your painful loss. Unfortunately I have been through this heartbreak and understand it. Please allow yourself the time you need to grieve. Be kind to yourself, and cherish the memories.
