What is the 3 3 3 rule for anxiety?

Follow the 3-3-3 rule.

Look around you and name three things you see. Then, name three sounds you hear. Finally, move three parts of your body — your ankle, fingers, or arm. Repeat.

It's a good method for grounding you and bringing yourself back into the present moment and into your body so you are able to realize you are safe and ok in the moment. Breath slowly with your diaphragm and through your nose as you are doing it to help calm yourself further.
