feels like my brain doesn’t turn on anymore

does anyone else experience this? Like it feels like my brain is like only partially working some random times when I talk about something it feels like everything becomes clear again and I can think straight I guess it could be like brain fog but it really doesn’t feel like that it really just feels like either my brain is all over the place or the connections aren’t being made anymore it’s so weird and annoying like i literally can’t think straight half the time anymore maybe it’s from depression

I went through this with anxiety and depression. The thing is I thought that was normal for everyone. I went on meds and it cleared up.
