How can you prevent things from getting into your system and hurt you so deep even when they mean the least ? how not to be so vulnerable so sensitive because it’s not practical when you live in the real world !
I suggest learning and practicing simple mindfulness to be able to ground you in the present and to be more aware of your thoughts and what you are telling yourself. The other is to work on your own self-worth and self-esteem so that you have the power to choose what you allow to affect you.
