You are almost there. Breathe. Slowly inhale Peace & Calm, hold for a few moments and
then slow and easy and long, exhale the fear. Drop your shoulders down away from your
ears as you do this. You are going to be okay. You've got this. It won't be long before you
are in the safety of your home once again.
Anxiety can't harm you. We are here surrounding you with support. Breathe xx
hi scared what is making you so uptight is it your job if so do you think finding another one would help you ! Have u seen your doctor if not it may help you nothing lost nothing gained I truelly hope things get better for you soon

I went through this many years ago. I had terrible panic and anxiety and just driving to the job was a huge deal. Then worrying about getting through the day and back home again. Luckily I found a good Dr. who helped me with medication and I was finally able to function anxiety and panic free. If you are not getting help I hope you will find some. You shouldn’t have to live that way. ❤️
Hi Scared1234 - I have been reading through your post and the responses you have received, and would like to join in, however being from UK - quite old (almost 75) I do not understand one of your replies to replies, could you enlighten me: What or who is the V A?
Also you initially said, '7 hours into the work day - starting to freak out.' Exactly what were you doing when you started to freak out - how did it start? Think of the hour before what changed?
