it’s been a while… hello

I think I understood that there is no end to depression and anxiety. Sometimes months will go by where you feel like you are fine. But at the moment you can feel your heart beating so fast that you feel like you are going to throw up. Depression and anxiety are like two vultures... waiting for you to die inside so they can eat you!!!!
