Indeed you must push forward. We can't let Anxiety take control of our lives

because then we just exist and not live. I noticed in your bio that you have stopped

smoking recently which can contribute to your overwhelming anxiety and panic.

Are you on any medication? Seeing a therapist/doctor with quitting nicotine?

Those Anxiety slots sound like "free floating anxiety" which comes and goes but when

it reaches it's peak, can produce an overwhelming Panic Attack.

Medication can help you adjust as well as going to YouTube and finding Meditations

that work with high Anxiety and it's symptoms.
