I’m grateful for so much…and I find I cultivate more love when I am more grateful …
I am grateful for my body/mind, eyesight, hearing, my printer, paper, children and Coco and other family and friends, art and poetry, books and movies, the changing seasons, vacations, birthday parties, nature and hiking…

last night I was thinking what I was grateful for , I am grateful for my sister , I am grateful to have food every day, I am greatful to have a home and a roof over my head , and most of all I am greatful for this group since I have joined I have definitely improved my mindset and I am grateful for all the people who have just been there for me listening to me and being so nice .
It’s important to be grateful for something. Some days when I’m really down it’s too easy to be thinking about what I don’t have than what I have. I’m very grateful for my new job, and so far it’s going all right. I’m grateful that today I bought groceries and we stocked up on food and we have plenty to eat, some people out there are barely eating or starving. And I’m grateful for my parents, my ex who is still my friend-yes, it’s complicated, and for the wonderful people on this site. And I’m grateful that today it’s a beautiful sunny Fall day where I live, I might go for a walk in a little while. Lots to be grateful for.🙂
Being grateful does not need to bring anything to anyone but the one being grateful. I am grateful I woke up this morning feeling safe, having my hot cofee, knowing Holiday Season is on the way. I am happy being made able to chat with each and everyone around.
I am grateful for the Sunday I am about to spend, still habing my mum, knowing my daughter in law has no brain damage.
We can be grateful for about anything, I think being such makes us more widely open to anything happening anytime, hence anyone linked to this anything !
Yes I’m so grateful for Coco and for your Herman. So awesome on the inner peace. Good job! I got some peace but it’s not an ongoing thing just yet. So happy for you!
