Anyone wake up with anxiety rush/ cortisol rush in the morning ?

Hi RayannAbbey, I would say 95% of us wake up with morning anxiety.

The "key" is learning not to fear it. I do my morning meditation and breathing

first thing upon waking up. Slow deep belly breaths and exhaling long and slow

will bring down those levels of adrenaline/cortisol. :) xx

Yes especially here lately. It is a crappy feeling, but I normally just try to let it run its course and breath through it. Takes some time but it will pass.

Escitalopram and Hydroxyzine. They work fairly well together. The hydroxyzine work well to kinda help calm the anxiety as you feel it coming.
