The most triggers i deal with people bringing up past mistakes how many times am i going to ask for forgiveness....they never realize how dealing with them has cause me to fall into severe anxiety and dpression .....smh

I understand this, its definitely hhard to cope with. Please remember that wewe all make mistakes and are equally flawed andand need one anothers forgiveness. You areare no different to anyone else. You are a humble person in acknowleding your mistakes though. Not everyone does.
