I JUST CAME BACK FROM WALKING I WAS GETTING ANXIOUS IT HELP SOME SO IM BACK IN MY ROOM LAYING DOWN AND THE STORM HAS GONE SUN IS OUT JUST TRYING TO ENJOY MY DAY .....πŸ™‚ THIS IS A FIGHT TO BE WON BY THE HELP OF GOD!!! SMH πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ

OB73, good for you in taking that walk.. Getting anxious was about "what if" thoughts

as well as not breathing properly. Once we start hyperventilating, adrenaline rises

causing us to go into panic mode. Any reason you choose to lie down when you got home.

We must realize that we are not physically sick and that the body needs to move as well

as the mind needs to be occupied. Make sure you hydrate during the day especially after

exercising. Don't skip meals. Look forward to all the good and beautiful things around you.

Life is Good if we just stop and look.

Anxiety is not about a fight but about acceptance that this too will one day end.

Anxiety does not have to be forever. One step at a time, one moment at a time will

allow you to reach your goal. We will be there with you on this path. Happy Saturday~ :) xx

you inspired me to get my butt up and walk and I feel better too! So I posted that on another site. πŸ‚ β˜€οΈ in fact I got a rain alert just a minute ago.
