It was same for me before. But I learned to be clever more or less and never really give up, and trust my faith, also take some time to really ve ridiculous and also sleep extra, not because you are tired or sleepy , just because you want it, but never to it all the time, just when you do not fix your things, because often that mode is because tou get stuck with some jobs or thoughts, and actually it can help because the brain sometimes works better.
Also go out sometimes and take fresh air, especially in the morning, also very good and needed for the brain.
