hi so I have had anxiety since I was 3 or 4 and then learned that I had anxiety and bad panic attacks it’s no fun and it’s not easy you gotta find something that will help calm you what helps me is medication, therapy, also I envision myself on a beach which calms me I close my eyes and imagine that I am walking on the beach and it helps to calm me also talking about things that are bugging you will help alot too i am here for you if you need a friend or someone to talk to message me I know anxiety and panic attacks are difficult and I understand
