Im overwhelmed nothing going right today my Short term disabilty papers wasnt filled out correctly my And my Job Call me asking me whats the holdup God know i need my Job and i just wish i could disappear from all this i cant work struggling with extreme anxiety and depression and panic attack God i need help 😥😥😥😢😢😢😭😭😭 Im a grown man that cant even function properly as a human being. I PRAY ALL THIS TURN OUT IN MY FAVOR MY QUESTION IS WHY TODAY???? WHY NOW??? CANT DOCTORS DO ANYTHING RIGH??????

I called my Boss telling him the paper work wasnt right my STD case manager closed my case due to paperwork not completed in time waiting on my dr to refill it out and refax smh
