It might be a side effect with your new meds.

Crackers and Kellogg's Nutri grain bars (or any generic nutri-grann bar that has that outside breadding but gel inside) is much easier on the stomach.

Ginger (anything ginger, which includes ginger ale) helps with stomach issues.

.

But most of all, talk to your doc or psych. and see what he/she has to say.

While it is fresh in my mind, ask your doc/psych about Metamucil or probiotics, since they are good things to have and take with meds.

& One last thing, STAY HYDRATED WITH WATER. (drink plenty of water)

there are so many possibilities. Maybe something in the greens or chicken. Maybe it is unrelated to food. Who knows. Water will only help. Walking will only help.

Do you have issues with dairy? Maybe keep a food diary it might be a reaction to gluten.
