sore throat/tongue

hey guys! I hope everyone is well 🤍

a few days ago I started to get a dry cough it’s not terrible more so annoying! I’ve done many covid tests all negative. I’m confident it’s not that! I have zero pain in my throat or chest ( YET ) but my tongue is so sore???? To anyone else this is maybe like a simple thing lol but struggling with severe health anxiety little things like this trigger me 🥺! The pain is at the very back of my tongue where I can’t see and a little closer to the front where there is a slight bump, like a spot. I have no temp ect.

Thankyou! I called my dr he said it sounds like an ulcer and has prescribed me some mouthwash! Hopefully clears up in the next week

Hi Littlechopsxo I had an elderly neighbor years ago who offered me a suggestion

when getting an ulcer/canker sore on the tongue or inner mouth. That was to swish

cold milk in your mouth several times a day. Unless you are Lactose intolerant, the

coldness of the milk and it's properties can sooth the soreness.

Please follow your doctor's instructions as well. xx
