anyone take 10mg for anxiety and it works. Dr gave me 20mg but have an intolerance to this dosage .

hi there try going back to your doctor and explain whats happening with the higher dose ! I was on it for years i think it was 20 mg it worked to begin with then i was changed to venlafaxine with which ive not had to many problems with it dont just stop your meds get to your doctor first take care all the best !

thank you x dr has reduced my dose as I’m struggling with the side effects. Was on 10mg for 10 days then moved me up to 20mg three days ago but I can’t cope with the side effects. Burning body, muscle weakness, itchiness, and all the other effects.

I was prescribed escitalopram today,

I will take only 1/4 of the pill to see how I will react.

Its a 10 mg dose.

If I fill ok, I will go up to 1/2 pil and then to the full 10mg.
