Love the winter

Interesting how most people I talk to love the summer months. I Myself can’t wait for the frigid cold months to come. I’ve always been like this, I thrive in the cold weather. My depression gets better, I sleep better, more energy, more motivated. My neighbors think I’m crazy when they see me out shoveling snow and cleaning the snow off my car in a fleece jacket and shorts! My sisters the same way, I guess it’s in the genes. I love winter also. Here in the south it gets very hot in summer. Winter is a great break. I seldom even turn on my heater!

I don't like cold, but I can appreciate winter sceneries, because I like nature. I would've been one of those people calling you crazy, just subjectively. But I know people who love or don't care about winter. People walking barefeeted through snow. Good thing there are many sides of nature to like for many different people I'd say.

It's also quite handy to be able to handle cold well and not shy away from it, so as coldfeeted as I am, I actually gradually train myself to handle cold better and it gives me more freedom of mind.

What happened to fall???? First it is posts about SAD and the loss of summer. Now we are talking winter? Hello! Summer ends in September! Lest we forget there is something called Indian summer in September! Then there is fall. It won’t snow for months!

That said you would fit right in in Colorado. Shorts, snow, and flip flops.

Brr, I hate the cold weather, especially the snow, and I’m dreading the heating bills this year with the rise in gas and electricity 😳

Spring and Autumn are my favourites.
