Healthcare and joy...

My daughter said..mom if it brings you joy that is what you should do.

Ive had deep thought on this and it certainly made me think of good joy verses bad joy.Make sense?

Labor.....is very difficult unless you putt those babes out. Hopefully the outcome is joyous, but its a process isnt it. It is true that there is an opposite for every positive. So im still teaching and learning with my kiddo's...True joy even in these hard difficult health issues...may be simply looking at your cat, seeing beautiful art, creating your own and not turning to a negative solution to joy. true joy is simple yet i may say that i have to be open to it and take it in..and sometimes wait for it.

Today is the day even God Himself rested from his labors....even if you dont believe in God which i do respect others choice...taking a time to meditate detatch, unplugg. i find its not as easy to really let go and rest....if you cant keep trying to let your body mind spirit etc dont let that be a burden either. joy..sounds crazy but how does joy make you feel?

Joy makes me feel euphoric and content there are so many other words I could say and I could go on and on and on nonstop lol it would take a long time 😄
