I am sooooooooooooooo thankful for your awesome support last night and today… I feel at peace because of it.

I’m thankful for calming tea and my meditations throughout the day.

i am thankful for it all of life even the hard stuff because I learn more about self and the world from it.

Yes! When I was a teen I dyed my hair purple and the next day we (our field hockey team) of course played a team whose team color was purple and I was told I was a trader ha whatever I felt great and I kicked butt I really felt that edginess… it’s amazing the little things we can do to give us a sense of something extra, a power I guess.

3 - I caught my car trunk accidentally being open all night, and while it rained A LOT last night, I did my best to sponge dry/wring it out with a towel.

& While it wasn't fun trying to dry it out, I'm still grateful for catching it before it got even worse. (cuz it's going to rain on and off all day in my area today)

I'm thankful that I talked myself out of a spiral last night, the beautiful skies and mountains, and that my school year is off to a good start. Even though 6/13 of my kids have been sick so far-hopefully most will be back Monday.

I’m thankful that my birthday is coming up this Monday. I’m turning 52, I survived another year. And I’m thankful that Covid seems to have become more manageable. I know people are still getting sick , but at least we don’t have to wear masks all the time anymore and people aren’t just dying off. I just got the 4th shot yesterday. I have to protect myself!!!

Thank you. My 40s were really rough. It’s mid life crisis time!!! But now that I’ve entered my 50s I feel like I’m mellowing out somewhat. And I’ve started dying my hair regularly. I hate seeing myself with gray hair, ugghhhh!!!!!🙂

To me I think it’s like a butterfly landing on one’s shoulder. Peace comes to to me every once in a great while cool thing is it’s happening more lately. I meditate and exercise daily now and quit doing things that pulled me into chaos.
