The hospital is near a bakery, always treat myself when I have to go to Kaiser & yes even on therapy days. Today might be a 2 treat day since seeing both 😅

🧁.... mmm. Went after seeing my doctor, so no lecture about sweets. Went to talk to her about endless headache & the itchiness Says I'm healthy (glad she is so understanding about my health anxiety)... wants to check my liver... there's a chance of my meds effecting my liver... though pretty sure it's anxiety related (itchiness). Not brave enough to do blood work today, she said no rush. How are you?

Not for awhile now Mel ,did I tell you I got a written warning off the post office...🐕..the terrier bit our postman so has to be chained up or I get no mail delivery 🚚...😬...oops

Yeah he survived...the bearded collie is friendly and mates with postie but the Tasmanian devil has been waiting for the chance to get him since she was 8 weeks old lol ,I usually put her away before he comes but she slipped out and when he walked up she ran behind him and snaffled him ....😬

lol... know it's wrong, but can't help but laugh. Hans would definitely be friends with our mailperson... thinks anyone who comes to door is a friend for him. He's part whippet so we definitely try to keep him from getting out the front door.

Hey Mel...I watch all the real housewives shows...I know...it's a guilty pleasure for me....and you really learn that money sure doesn't buy you happiness...some of them are so miserable...

So true, having a ton of money doesn't equal happiness. Spring is reminding me the free things can make you happy... hearing all the birds singing in our yard & flowers starting to bloom (noticed the wisteria starting to come to life yesterday 😊)... So much love, happiness & hugs.

🐦 We have a pair of doves that moved into our yard. I hope you aren't shoveling any snow... I worry about you with your back. It's raining here, much to Hans delight (poor guy hates it). My love doves are back also...I'm excited to see the rebirth of things this time of year..no I really didn't shovel much this past winter..my back just can't do it anymore....frustrates me because I so love to go out and shovel...oh well it is what it is...

I am grateful for the ACA meeting I went to today, the beautiful weather, and for running into an old friend while on a walk. I'm also thankful for people who have been supporting me during this difficult time - my mother and two very good friends.
