Mental health assessment

I have a mental health assessment with the community mental health team tomorrow. Anyone had one that can help me know what to expect? Also will I get support?

hi hopefully it went ok for you today just had my first psychologist appointment today and it went well so hopefully you got through it ok.

Hi not really, I told them how bad things have got but still they just refer back to talking therapies and maybe will talk to doc about changing meds. Otherwise just have to carry on feeling this bad.

Hopefully your doctor can give you something to tide you over, definitely worth talking over.

Still haven’t heard anything about changing my meds, so again it’s a waiting game.
