still feel like I’m going to die soon

I keep having this feeling like I’m going to die. Idk from what it freaks me out comes and goes. It’s gotten worse after being told that I probably have Chiari malformation. Like should I take it as I’m actually going to die soon? Has anyone felt like this? How did you change your course? Yes I know we all die and what not. But like this shit freaking me out. Like I wake up feeling like this. Then ill have more anxiety. Everyone’s like trust your gut and intuition. Like right now it still feels like everything has come crumbling down around me and I have no life left and feel like I’m dying or about to die.

Sorry you're feeling like that. I have struggled with the "what is anxiety and what is intuition" feeling and it's really hard. I can assure you this is NOT intuition or gut feeling, it's just anxiety. Your thoughts don't define you, they're just thoughts, they're not True, don't listen to them scaring you
