Thanks for adding me to the group. I'm 50 years old and on the autism spectrum. I struggle with anxiety, C-PTSD, chronic illness. I'm currently the caregiver for my elderly mother but the level of care she needs has exceeded my ability so we will be moving her to an assisted living facility soon. Kind of scared these days because my future looks so grim. Thanks for listening.

Welcome. I’m sure having your mother go to a facility is causing you a lot of feelings but we are all here for you. Please remember to take care of yourself.
