Stagnant…😔

Feeling sad as soon as the sun goes down, gasping for air in darkness…The world is collapsing with evil doers. Does anyone get out of this vicious cycle at all?

Pompom, I can relate. My anxiety is bad when I awake! In a way that is ‘good’. If nite, we’ll, you’ll see. I’ve learned to get up & start a ritual. Some hygiene, make coffee, turn on tv news, check my blood pressure, then my morn meds. By then, my anxiety has eased up. Not ideal, but, OK. Thanks!

I hear you. Unfortunately, I’m living amongst monsters who wear fake masks… I don’t doubt I’ve something to offer though… If you ever shoot yourself in the foot, do you get to choose which foot?😏
