Hi,

Mother of 4. Wife to 1. I have adhd and all the symptoms that come with it. I was diagnosed at 37yr old. I am here to learn, break cycles and smash stigmas. This is all new to me but I feel like knowledge is power and we have to keep talking about mental health! My diagnosis made me feel "relief" and like I was "normal". I wanna hear your stories! I wanna tell mine. Maybe, more people will feel the "relief" I have felt from my diagnosis. 🙏

Welcome, Mymindmatters. I love how you say you are mother of four and wife to 1 lol.I have Bipolar. Properly diagnosed just 8 years ago aged 49, but really had it for 25 years before that, having undiagnosed depression for a lot of my teens.

Lucky have only had 3 major episodes in a lifetime.

I draw great strength from various support groups, including this one.
