Abnormal ECG during panic attack

So when I was at the doctors on Thursday I had a really bad panic attack while I was there an requested an ECG because I was that panicked my doctor red it and said it was fine. But the test results in my chart say abnormal ecg st now depressed in lateral leads my question is have any of you guys had an ECG done while having a panic attack and seen the results as abnormal? I should also add even when I got to the doctors my BP was high because of anxiety and stress.

Many ekg's read abnormal at the top. The slightest thing can throw them off sometimes. The clinician has to look and read the actual ekg and compare to previous ekg if one is available. . If he said it was ok you have to have faith in him.

Your bp must have come down once your panic attack was over?

Panic attacks are the worst. They can throw everything off. I've had my share, I do understand.
