Dearest Survivor, you took this username for a reason. Deep down you do believe and love yourself.
When mentally exhausted, give yourself some "me time".
Find a soft comfortable chair, place a blanket wrapped tightly
around your shoulders, dim the lights, sip on a cup of hot tea
and breathe.
Allow the tightly wrapped blanket feel like a hug from yourself.
With each breath in, take in the power deep within you and
exhale slow and long getting rid of the stress of the day.
You can use Affirmations as your Meditation. Reinforcing the
thoughts of all you are and more. This is your time to regenerate
your mind and body.
