I can understand your anxiety over many things. I have suffered with anxiety since I was a child . Both of my parents were extremely anxious. My father depended on alcohol which made him lose control with fits of rage. My mother had BPD (borderline personality disorder) which made it difficult to communicate with her. She had 5 children which was too much for her to emotionally deal with. I guess we all suffer in this world. I spent most of my life looking for help with anxiety/depression. I worked as a nurse with having to deal with difficult relationships and nervous breakdowns. Meds didn't help me much nor did counseling. I did find CBT helpful and a anxiety support group.I pretty much lost it so to speak after my boyfriend of 13 years committed suicide 4 years ago. I only started to recover 2 years ago after seeking God.( not religion) I have found peace of mind through prayer and meditation. We are spiritual beings having a material experience. The world will always have wars and discord of many kinds. We can't let it discourage us. God is in control of it. I believe as mankind grows spiritually and learns to love, everything will improve. Right now you don't need to worry about all of these outward things. Learn to love yourself and enjoy your family in peace. We as spiritual beings are ageless so stop worrying about how long your material life will last. Live in the moment. You are loved, God is always with you to help you.💖 I hope this helped encourage you, if not then just ignore it. In the meantime I will pray that you find the peace you are looking for.✌🙏💗
