Retied Recluse Seeks Advice
Hi JJ05 and WelcomeI quite understand how anxiety can keep us trapped in the house
as well as needing people around us who understand and can support us.
Today you took your first step forward in meeting others like yourself who
struggle each day with the fear of anxiety.
That was me years ago including 5 years of Agoraphobia. Trapped in my home
by my mind. As we learn to work on our fears and accept anxiety as coming from
the negative thoughts in our mind, we can get past being stuck and live again.
I'm glad you are here with us. One step at a time, you are not alone new friend xx
Baby steps. Walking the dog, going to the store. Going to visit family. Deep breathing exercises free on you tube helps me. Daily cardio exercise helps me.
Eating healthy foods help me. Like pumpkin seeds, liverwurst, baked chicken, a good salad, avocado, Orange juice and Kifer. Drink plenty of water- keep hydrated. Take vitamins and supplements: Vitamin C, D and B complex, Omega 3, Turmeric and a good multi vitamin. Get some sunshine and exercise. Pray to Heavenly Father for help, he loves you and wants to hear from you!
Little things are the first steps to bigger things.
Keep walking your doggo.
Get a journal and write down things you see.
Sit outside on the porch if you have one or just outside.
Listen to the birds and the neighborhood noises.
Remember negative thoughts are just thoughts they can't hurt you.
Take up bird watching. I have a bunch of birds in my area only been lucky to get a great picture of a bluejay. I want a cardinal and woodpecker 😂
Dabble in photography. Everyone thinks they need to master in something. No, I say, just have fun with it.
Most of this you can do in your yard. We can work up to bigger things later. ❤️
