Depression and OCD led to FOMO

I've had sent off program at my college yesterday. Currently I was on medical leave. So a friend of mine informed about the program. At first I decided to go. Because it will be the last time cutting cakes, taking photos and stuff before graduating. But next day I unexpectedly decided not to go. I was feeling hard about meeting colleagues and teachers after a while. So I didn't go. So today I saw the photos taken during the program and other stuffs and started to feel bad about no going. It's still looping in mind. I'm feeling sad.
