This is so true, I was neglecting me and fading fast... My wife has been diagnosed with Advanced Cancer. Sense her diagnosis I was not eatting, sleeping or even leaving the house. I finally was convinced to go to the ER last week by my Wife and Sister.. Them and Dr reminded me that I have an obligation to my small Children to try to get it togther. For a person who has battled Anxiety my whole life this is beyond the realm of anything I've had to endure thus far. The unknown, raising small children alone. The list goes on.. People tell me Im looking to far a head but how can I not? Its much easier said then done.. All I know is each day is a battle I must win, from moment I wake up until I finally fall asleep. I just hope I can continue to find the strength!🙏🏼

This is so true. We need to take care of ourselves. I neglected myself to give to others my whole life. I never even knew what self care was. I thought working and caring for my family was my purpose. I didn't fit myself into the equation.

I'm making up for lost time now
