I'm wondering if the current state of what's going on in the world is creating any problems with your disabilities.

Personally I am having in a sense flash visions when out and about that are causing me distress like I'll be looking around while driving and the. All the sudden it changes and looks like crumbling building and infrastructure plant life reclaiming things. And then in an instant its back to normal.

might sound nuts but I was really bad with anxiety the first few days I was making toast in the toaster and was in deep though thinking about the war and when the toaster popped I jumped and got a bit of a fright couldn`t believe it.

Definitely I have been on this site for 7 years, the number of medical problems coming up in the last two years since the start of the covid pandemic in March 2020 must have quadrupled especially depression which has been at the central cause of it!🥴🥴

Yes I am scared too and sometimes it overwhelms me. I have been through too much in my life to scare easily but this does. You are far from alone.

I am trying not to listen to much of it which is helping a bit. That's all we can do I guess.

I’m extremely saddened by what is going on in Ukraine. However, my father, aunt and grandparents were Polish Jewish Holocaust survivors. Seeing certain news about the situation brings back bad memories of what my family went thru during the war. Also my relatives met Red Army Soldiers from Russia and specifically a

Jewish Red Army captain who was very kind to them. Of course that was almost

80 years ago. Now I see a ruthless

Russian military attacking

innocent people.
