i hate anxiety my head is exploding

Hi Aphroditee I hear your pain.I suffered for years with contraction headaches from anxiety

as well as several migraines a month.

Medication can only help so much and then we get rebound headaches.

Using relaxation techniques and breathing to release the tense muscles.
