low doses of simple movemnt (v "exercise - oh barf....get lost doc!!!!go blow man cant ya see i can barely move this gorilla load of depression on my back...exercise!! like walk in my concrere shoes man i can barely function!!!!then u all come round and say ...........get lost man)
low doses of movement .....just the tineest be in in a chair or anhyint slowly build and loosen up stiff joints and muscle get the blood flowing ...10 min later....the person (havintg had to use a wheelchair and learn to walk again 3x) ...slowly start to feel better and the clouds start movint away..........gettin going is the hardest....unless u alllow teh tinnest of effort .....all valid (knee rehab)
and let it slooooowly bulid....
turn on the music and let the music pull u.....beleive me....all of a sudden....u wont be able to not start to move......and then....let the music do the work and ten mintues later we all startin to groove and
let the magic of the music do its thing.....just do it....
in knee rehab progress is measured in mm.......
