I work a stressful elementary school job and can no longer take time off in accordance with my contract. I have severe anxiety, depression, and agoraphobia, and it feels like they’ll never get better. How can I help myself push through each day?

Self-care in the workplace?
Hi there! I'm glad that I clicked on your post and read through it because I can completely understand what you're going through. Now I don't necessarily have any answers for you but I want you to know that you're not alone and that there is hope. I've struggled with severe anxiety and panic attacks for almost 10 years now. Along with depression, OCD, and agoraphobia. I've been in therapy all this time too. I fought my way through high school (almost didn't graduate) but came out out an honor student. I started college and now I'm currently taking a break. Got my driver's license and vehicle. However when it comes down to leaving my home, and holding down a job I literally have no hope. I hold on to jobs until I can no longer take the debilitating panic attacks. Now I'm trying to find actual online employment opportunities. I'm sorry I can't necessarily give you any advice but one thing I have learned from all of this is sometimes we have to take whatever life throws at us, whether it be good or bad, and make the most out of it. Keep the people you love closest to you find whatever makes you happy in this world! I wish you the best of luck! Take care! 💜
