Self care ideas?
Force myself to do things that I know are good for me, even if I don't feel like it. For example, eating healthy, even if I'm not very hungry. Hydrating. Showering every few days. Trying to get to sleep shortly after 2 AM (yes, 2 AM). That sort of thing.
Eat more healthier 😄

Take my vitamins, eat healthy...sugar makes everything worse. Exercise, sunshine and church. ⛪Really helps me get my focus right and gets my mind on someone else. I get so tired of feeling sorry for myself. So I get a brain break as others tell me about their needs. Its refreshing to get out of my head for a couple hours a week.
Eat healthy food and exercise, listen to music, go walking/hiking when possible.
I excersise at least five days a week. I meditate a lot trying to strengthen my mind. I have started the breathing exercises which I think is going to help me. By the way, what is it that you do to take care of yourself?
Hot showers/walks/writing are some of the things I do to take care of myself. Thx for asking! ❤️
When I am having a bad day I usually shower, eat something healthy (maybe a smoothie), read some of my new book, watch a favorite show, journal, meditate, learn a new recipe, drinks lots of water, and just breathe. You are okay! I promise you.
