Hello beautiful people…

It’s the first time I have created an account on the forum/community. The first time I am writing something publicly.

Dealing with chronic anxiety and panic attacks without medication since 2014.

It has never been this difficult.

2022 started with going through the second miscarriage and being sick with Covid for two weeks.

Lots of pregnancy related anxiety followed by missed miscarriage and Covid at the same time.

Looks like my body is not cooperating.

Panic attacks are getting out of control. Becoming chronic. hypochondria.

Meditation and sleep hypnosis help a bit.

Looking for help, tips for overcoming constant pain from the anxiety… and also looking for communication with people who understand…

I only have a panic attack when something triggers my CPTSD. Normally I'm fairly well together.

Cheers, Midori

Have tried Hypnosis for Anxiety, but it did not work. Now take Citalopram (an SSRI) 20mg daily and feel a lot better. Seek medical help is my advice

Hello and I am sorry to hear your having a hard time and my condolences to you. I I know it's hard to struggle for so long and your a strong woman for having been through all that you have been through recently. Have you talked with a doctor about what you have been experiencing and how you been feeling? That's good to hear you already do meditation and sleep hypnosis. If you don't mind me asking, what resources do you use for meditation and Sleep hypnosis. I use the same method in the evening and it helps me. Have you heard of the DARE app? If not, take a look into it. It is for anxiety and panic attacks there are guided meditations for sleep, panic, health anxiety, hypocondria, Social anxiety, ways to soothe. plus lessons and challenges to help push you though your fears. I think there is a online community on there as well. I hope you feel better soon.
